Job summary
Highbury Rise residential home is part of the Benslow Care Home Group, one of three homes achieving a 'GOOD' PAMMS rating this year. The home is in the well-sought area of Hitchin close to the main Town.
We are looking to recruit a care assistant into our care team who is looking to develop into a Senior care assistant role. Once trained to a Senior care assistant role you will be offered shifts as an Acting Senior. Trained to a level 2 in Health and social care currently, we would place you on the level 3 health and social care in leadership once you have passed your probation.
You will be working in a 22 bed home where great care is something we strive to achieve daily. We value our teams and residents. We know life isn't perfect and we try to offer flexibility round shift patterns to enable you to balance your personal and professional life.
Skills / Qualifications:
- Two years experience as a care assistant providing care for older people
- Level 2 in health and social care.
