We are now seeking an Evening Receptionist to join our customer?focused Reception Team at Mantles Court, our 75?bed residential care home in the heart of Biggleswade, where luxury meets comfort.
About the RoleAs a Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our Home, providing a professional and friendly service to residents, visitors, colleagues and callers. Your responsibilities will include:

Reception & telephone support — delivering a comprehensive front?of?house service to staff, visitors and callers.

Managing deliveries — ensuring items reach the correct recipient and are not left unattended.

Processing invoices — completing authorisation paperwork and passing it to the Home Manager.

Maintaining reception areas — keeping the foyer and reception clean, tidy and welcoming.

Organising the post room — ensuring the post room and stationery cupboard remain well?ordered.

Handling outgoing mail — preparing and bagging daily mail for collection.

Monitoring stationery supplies — ordering stock as required.

Supporting the Home Manager — undertaking additional duties aligned with your skills and competencies.
- Computer literacy is essential.
