Key Responsibilities
Maintain Excellence: Ensure all communal
areas and bedrooms are cleaned to a high standard, including scheduled
deep cleans.
Safety First: Strictly adhere to COSHH measures and Infection Control procedures to keep our residents and staff safe.
Person-Centred Care: Build positive relationships with residents, respecting their privacy, rights, and individual needs.
Effective Communication: Work closely with the management team to establish shift priorities and report any equipment or system issues promptly.
Professional Standards: Complete daily cleaning records and participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date with best practices.
