What you day will look like ..
Your role as General Manager
As General Manager, you’ll have full accountability for the success of the home. You’ll:
- Lead, recruit and inspire high?performing teams who deliver outstanding, relationship?centred care
- Create a positive, empowering culture where people feel valued, supported and developed
- Oversee rotas, budgets, compliance, health & safety, quality standards and occupancy
- Build strong relationships with residents, families and stakeholders
- Ensure exceptional outcomes for residents while driving sustainable commercial performance
- You’ll be supported—but never micromanaged—by a leadership team that genuinely understands what great looks like.
