DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER
Salary: Subject to experience, plus company benefits
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Location: Remote (UK) with occasional travel to our homes and/or support office

THE ROLE
We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to own digital performance across email, website and social channels. You will be responsible for driving measurable growth in enquiry volume, improving lead quality, and ensuring activity is aligned to commercial outcomes.

You will combine GA4 reporting with Infinity call tracking insights (including call outcomes) to improve conversion and optimise performance end-to-end.  You will own performance direction, with specialist agencies responsible for execution (PPC, SEO and web development). Your role is to set priorities, interrogate performance, diagnose issues and ensure clear optimisation actions are delivered.

This is a practical role for someone who enjoys improving journeys, running campaigns, spotting what’s working and fixing what isn’t, while keeping standards consistently high.  You will also directly manage a Digital Marketing Executive, setting priorities, reviewing output, ensuring quality, and supporting their development across core digital activity.  You’ll report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with colleagues across the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Agency & stakeholder collaboration
• Act as the day-to-day lead for PPC, SEO and web development agency partners
• Work with internal stakeholders and homes to support campaigns, launches and enquiry generation
SEO & local visibility (with agency support)
• Coordinate SEO activity, including briefs, priorities and delivery
• Support technical and on-page improvements with agencies and developers
• Monitor rankings and local performance, identifying gaps and opportunities
Email marketing & CRM (Mailchimp)
• Own and improve the email programme to support enquiries, events and engagement
• Oversee campaign execution, tracking performance and identifying optimisation opportunities
• Run A/B testing across subject lines, creative and calls to action
Website & conversion (WordPress)
• Manage the creation and optimisation of website pages (clear, accurate and on brand)
• Improve key enquiry journeys, including landing pages, forms and priority content
Content & channels (social, web, email)
• Use tools (e.g. Canva) and AI responsibly to support production, testing and iteration
• Track engagement and channel performance, using insights to improve future activity
• Support paid social activity where relevant (briefing, coordination, reporting)
Reporting, insight & optimisation
• Use GA4, email and social insights to track and interpret performance
• Produce clear monthly reporting focused on outcomes, enquiry generation and priority actions

WORKING PATTERN & TRAVEL
This is a full-time remote role with occasional travel to Cinnamon homes and/or support offices for key meetings, launches and content gathering.
