Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. Duties

• Assist residents with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
• Support the implementation of individual care plans tailored to each resident's needs.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in residents' conditions to the appropriate personnel.
• Foster a warm and supportive environment that promotes dignity and respect for all residents.
• Engage residents in social activities and encourage participation in community events.
• Drive to various locations as required for home care visits or appointments, ensuring safe transportation for clients.
• Utilise IT systems to document care activities and communicate effectively with team members.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable but not essential.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient IT skills for documentation and communication purposes.
• A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate travel between locations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
