About the Role
Working closely with the Operations Director, you will hold overall clinical, operational, and regulatory responsibility for the home. You will lead the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC standards while fostering a positive culture built on dignity, compassion, accountability, and respect.
As Registered Manager, you will play a key role in:
- Leading and motivating a high-performing care team
- Ensuring excellent standards of care and resident wellbeing
- Managing staffing, recruitment, performance, and training
- Maintaining compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding standards
- Building strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies
- Driving continuous improvement and maintaining occupancy levels
- Managing budgets and operational efficiency without compromising care quality

Essential Requirements
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent), or working towards
- Registered Manager status with CQC (or eligible to apply)
- Significant experience managing a care home or similar service
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and safeguarding procedures
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
