My Mum moved into Lindisfarne two months ago. I am very impressed by the care provided.
The atmosphere is calm, even when some residents are disruptive.
Everyone looks very well cared for, with tidy hair and in nice clothes. All the clothes match. I never see anyone with food down the front of their clothes.
The staff are kind, patient and very accommodating.
My Mum has her clothes washed regularly and none of her clothes have been spoilt nor have they gone missing.

The activities provided are varied and frequent. There is the opportunity for residents to have one to one activities, including going out for coffee, shopping etc.

My friend has lived here for over a year, in that time she has felt safe, happy and comfortable. The staff and management are lovely, they can't do enough for you, and are very friendly and helpful. The home is a very welcoming place, it's clean and smells clean too. It is a home that I would recommend to others who are needing to be cared for.

The staff are always pleasant and really do care. They interact with the residents and keep them as happy as possible in this difficult environment. They have a great set of activities also, keeping the residents occupied. Most of all, they keep me well informed about my mum and I am grateful for their support, kindness and care.

My mother is happy at this care home which means everything. Along with this I cannot fault the care she receives which gives myself and the wider family knowledge that she is safe and cared for properly in nice surroundings, caring staff and good home cooked food. It's a lovely environment and feel highly satisfied with the all round care provided. The management and staff are great and have supported the family finding us the correct care solution when it was no longer suitable for us to care for mum at our home. Forever grateful.
