Are you an experienced Care Assistant with an NVQ Level 3 looking to take the next step into leadership?

At Brendoncare, we’re passionate about developing future leaders who deliver exceptional, person?centred care. Our 6?month Fast?Track Team Leader Pathway offers a structured and fully supported route into leadership—helping you grow your skills, confidence, and career.

What the Fast?Track Programme Offers

  • A structured 6?month leadership development pathway

  • Hands-on experience in team coordination and supervision

  • Fully funded training aligned with CQC Well-Led standards including CHAPS (Care Home Assistant Practitioner Skills) training.

  • Ongoing coaching, mentoring, and feedback

  • A clear pathway into a Team Leader position, with appointment made as soon as a suitable vacancy becomes available upon programme completion

What We’re Looking For

Your Experience:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)
  • Experience working as a Care Assistant in Adult Social Care
  • Strong understanding of person-centred care

Your Leadership Potential:

  • A natural ability to support and guide others
  • Confidence stepping into responsibility and decision-making
  • Motivation to progress into a leadership role
