We are currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Night Carer / Medicator to join our care team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about providing high-quality care and support to residents during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing person-centred care and support to residents throughout the night
- Administering medication in line with care plans and company policies
- Monitoring residents’ wellbeing and responding promptly to any needs or emergencies
- Maintaining accurate care and medication records
- Supporting residents with personal care and mobility where required
- Ensuring a safe, calm, and comfortable environment at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in a care or medication role preferred
- Medication administration training/certification is an advantage
- Caring, patient, and professional attitude
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work night shifts responsibly and independently
