We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Senior Night Care Assistant. In this rewarding role, you will lead and support the night care team and ensure our residents receive the highest standard of care.

Main Responsibilities

- Ensure the highest possible levels of care are maintained by supporting and assisting residents with all aspects of daily living as required.
- Assist residents with their care needs, including physical, emotional, and spiritual support.
- Administer, record, and manage medication safely and in accordance with medication policies, MAR charts risk assessments, and current legislation, reporting any errors or concerns immediately.
- Communicate residents' well-being and care needs to line managers, including thorough handovers at shift changes to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of residents' rooms.
- Assist residents during mealtimes, being mindful of swallowing difficulties and dietry needs.

How to apply:
Skills / Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a care setting is desirable.
- A sound working knowledge of Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
