Our care teams make a real difference every day and your

core of everything you do. Supporting the Home Manager, and leading a
team of carers, you’ll be responsible for planning and implementing the
kind of care that will give our residents a real sense of security,
dignity, and independence. You’ll ensure care plans are regularly
reviewed through continuous assessment, planning, implementation and
evaluation. You’ll be able to manage your time between supporting your
team effectively and ensuring the wellbeing of our residents. In return
we’ll provide opportunities for career development and clinical training
to support your personal growth, all delivered in a nurturing, engaging
and rewarding environment. Madley Park House is a warm and welcoming
'home from home' offering round the clock residential, early-stage
dementia and respite care with a range of amenities including a hair
salon and residents' shop. Situated in a quiet location in the thriving
market town of Witney, the home has strong links to the local community.
The Trust is a great place to work; we’ve been providing care for almost
1,000 years and we’re currently the second largest not-for-profit
provider in the UK. Not-for-profit means that we reinvest every penny we
make into our residents, colleagues and the care homes we live and work
in. Therefore, we offer a great range of benefits, including a
competitive salary, training and development. Here are some of the
other benefits you’ll enjoy as a valued member of our team: * 30 days
holiday (including Bank Holidays) * A Company pension * Free uniform *
Free DBS * Higher rates of pay at weekends * Access to our Employee
Assistance Programme * Care Worker Charity membership for well being and
financial aid * Refer a Friend scheme rewarding you up to £1000 for
every recommendation you make who successfully starts working for us *
Blue Light Card and “My Rewards” programme, offering you discounts on
shopping, days out, restaurants and much more ABOUT YOU You’ll have
previous experience of working in a residential care setting with a NVQ
Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care, or you’ve achieved NVQ
Level 2, and you’re prepared to study for NVQ Level 3. You might have
previous supervisory experience, like delegating tasks, supporting
inductions for new starters and 1 to 1s but this is not essential. What
is important is you are a positive role model, with excellent
communication skills and a natural ability to get along with others. A
supportive individual, able to motivate others to deliver the best
possible care to our residents at all times. Alongside being confident
taking charge and being able to use your own initiative to resolve
problems and deal with queries. If you think you have the right skills
and attitude to deliver the highest quality of care for our residents as
a Care Leader within our care homes, then you could be the next to join
us. So, apply and get your career started with us today. We reserve the
right to close this role before the closing date, with no advance
