Job Title: Unit Manager (Nursing Home)
Location: Eversleigh Care Centre, Wolverhampton
Salary: £13.75 per hour (plus PRP)
Hours: 33hrs per week (including weekends)
Reporting to: Home Manager
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Unit Manager to join our care home team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated unit manager who is passionate about elderly care and has strong clinical, organisational, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the daily clinical operations within the unit
- Manage and monitor care planning systems and medication administration
- Maintain compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding, infection control, and health & safety procedures
Essential Requirements
- Highly skilled and qualified in Dementia Care.
- Previous experience in a senior nursing or leadership role within a care home setting
- Strong knowledge of medication management, care planning, and CQC standards
