Job summary
Sutton Nursing Homes Limited are looking for Clinical Lead Nurses to work at Orchard House and/or Lodore Nursing Home in Sutton, Surrey. (PLEASE NOTE: We are not able to offer sponsorship).
Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments are important, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks, awareness of CQC regulations, including DoLs/MCA.
You will report to the Registered Manager/Deputy Manager.
You should be confident in leading your team of nurses and carers.
We specialise in palliative and end of life care. An empathic approach to understanding and nursing older people is essential, together with excellent interpersonal and communication skills when dealing with other medical professionals, relatives, and our team of health care assistants.
Hourly rate is negotiable and dependant on qualifications and experience.
Skills / Qualifications:
- Must hold a UK PIN
- Previous experience in a care home/nursing home an advantage.
