Job summary
We are looking for a compassionate, experienced, and motivated Senior Care Assistant to join our dedicated care team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care while supporting the day-to-day supervision of care staff in line with CQC standards and company policies.
You will be responsible for promoting independence, dignity, choice, and wellbeing for all service users while ensuring care delivery remains safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led.
Skills / Qualifications:
- Deliver high standards of personal care and support to residents/service users. Administer and record medication in line with policies and procedures. Support and supervise Care Assistants during shifts. Maintain accurate care records and documentation. Assist with care planning
