Care Assistants – Day and Night Staff Required

We are currently looking for dedicated and compassionate Care Assistants to join our friendly team, with opportunities available for both day and night staff. This is a rewarding opportunity to work as part of a close-knit and professional team, supporting older adults receiving nursing, respite, and rehabilitation care.

About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you will play an important role in promoting the wellbeing, dignity, comfort, and independence of our residents. You will provide respectful, high-quality support across care, housekeeping, and dining services, helping to ensure that every resident feels valued, safe, and at home.

Your duties will include:

  • Supporting residents with personal care needs while maintaining dignity and respect at all times.
  • Assisting residents during mealtimes and supporting individual dietary needs.
  • Encouraging participation in daily routines, social activities, and events.
  • Helping to maintain a clean, tidy, and safe environment in line with infection control standards.
  • Working closely with care, kitchen, housekeeping, and nursing teams to provide seamless support.
  • Observing and reporting any changes in residents’ wellbeing or condition to senior staff.
  • Contributing to a warm, inclusive, and positive atmosphere within the home.
