The care home:

Situated in the heart of Clayton next to St John’s Church, Holly Park has ties with all aspects of the local community. The Post Office, pharmacy, village hall and the park are all within easy reach as are the dentist, opticians and public houses.

The village bowling green is only a stone’s throw away and, as Holly Park is on the main road, it is easily accessible by public transport. Buses to Bradford town centre, Lidget Green and Little Horton run every fifteen minutes. Buses to Queensbury run every hour.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Deliver high-quality personal and clinical care in line with individual care plans

·  Support, mentor, and supervise Health Care Assistants

·  Assist with medication administration (where trained and authorised)

·  Monitor and record service users’ physical and emotional wellbeing

·  Liaise with nurses, families, and external professionals

·  Respond appropriately to emergencies and safeguarding concerns

·  Ensure care records are accurate and up to date

·  Promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive care environment
