Job summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to service users, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes to management.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised patient care plans.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.

Experience

  • A valid nursing qualification with current registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Proven experience in a care home clinical setting is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology, with the ability to apply this knowledge in clinical practice.
  • Demonstrated skills in medication administration and patient care techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team while demonstrating strong organisational skills.
