Part-Time Activities Coordinator
We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Part-Time Activities Coordinator to join our team, supporting elderly residents, including those living with frailty and dementia.
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential, as full support and guidance will be provided to the right candidate.
The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, a positive and caring attitude, and the flexibility to adapt activities to meet the individual needs of our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organise, and deliver meaningful activities that promote residents' wellbeing, independence, dignity, and quality of life.
- Encourage and support residents to participate in both individual and group activities.
- Consult with residents to understand their interests, preferences, and abilities.
- Create engaging activity programmes tailored to the physical, emotional, and cognitive needs of residents.
- Foster social interaction and inclusion through a variety of stimulating and enjoyable activities.
- Assist residents in taking part in activities and provide encouragement where needed.
- Help create a warm, welcoming, and positive environment within the home.

- Experience working with older people or individuals living with dementia is preferred but not essential.
