About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our nursing team on a full-time or part-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who enjoys delivering person-centred care and wishes to further develop their clinical expertise in complex care and palliative nursing.

Previous experience in complex care is desirable but not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with professional standards.
  • Lead and support care staff to ensure high-quality care delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with GPs, community teams, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to care reviews.

Skills and Experience

Essential

  • Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate care.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Desirable

  • Experience in nursing home, palliative care, dementia care, or complex care settings.
  • Knowledge of PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, and long-term condition management.
