• Ensure all food production meets safety and hygiene regulations, adhering to food safety protocols
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control and ordering of supplies
• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen environment at all times
• Support in developing new menu items and culinary innovations
• Enforce health and safety policies within the kitchen to minimise risks

Experience

• Proven supervising experience within a professional kitchen environment
• Extensive food production, preparation, and cooking skills
• Strong team management capabilities with leadership qualities
• Solid background in food safety standards and procedures
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is highly desirable
• Familiarity with food presentation, serving techniques, and culinary trends
