My mother has been a resident of the Red Court Community at Grantham for six months. Happy, involved and very well cared for this is a delightful and friendly care facility. During the summer weather I know she has benefitted from the safe garden, where she enjoys sitting in the seated area. It is an
extremely well managed establishments where we always are given a friendly welcoming.

Our mother is extremely happy with the home, the care she is given is fantastic and management lovely and friendly. Only negative thing would be its a shame the home doesn't have a mini bus to take the residents out.

After a difficult start, things settled down, and it quickly became apparent just how amazing the carers looking after mum really are. They have all built up a rapport with her, while being respectful and kind. Every staff member, not matter their job or how busy they are, is helpful, kind and respectful
to mum and the whole family and always spare the time to share a laugh and a joke, creating a community atmosphere in which mum is happy, healthy and comfortable. Her room, clothing and the wider home are all beautifully clean and maintained, any concerns are listened to, and all promotes the fact that family and staff are working for the same goal of maximum quality of life every day.

From when my mother moved here she has visibly improved. Cannot praise the way the carers look after her enough. The management are extremely approachable and any queries are dealt with properly. Highly recommended.

I had reservations before mum came to stay. However I must say from the first time I stepped into Red Roofs, I needn't have worried. From the entire place being spotlessly clean (believe me I have searched for dust!) To the energy and positivity of all of the caring team to the catering team, housekeepers,
maintenance, and laundry all are of the utmost calibre. But what makes the place irreplaceable is the dignity afforded to all residents by the heartfelt dedication and love emanating from the the managers nothing is too much trouble. All are valued and are treated as family. Well done Red Roofs 1,000 stars from me.

My sister has settled very well into the care home since joining, or though she likes to spend most of her time in her own room, she likes reading and crosswords, she does communicate with other residents at meal times and seems happy in this environment.

My mum moved into Red Roofs December 24, this was an extremely hard time for me and a very emtional one. My mum had been in her home for 68 years but circumstances lead us to having to put her in care. From looking round at R.R my mum moved in the next day! My mum still thinks she's at home that's how
well she has settled in! The staffs care is exceptional she's like a celebrity when just walking round. The food is fresh and home cooked meals, the rooms are all clean and tidy and they do tons of activities. I am so happy I found R.R for my mum, outstanding.

Our dad was in the care home for 4 weeks till he passed away on 6/2/25. He was treated with dignity and respect at all times, we were informed at all times of any changes and all the staff were great and nothing was too much for dad. He came in with a pressure sore and they it healed very quickly.

Mum and Dad were looked after so well over the last two or three years. They have both passed on now and are together again at last.
Such care and compassion were shown to them.
All of their family took heart and were so relieved to know they were safe and their needs were met around the clock.
Their rooms were always kept spotlessly clean, all credit to the ancillary staff as well as their excellent carers.
As my Sister says, they were privileged to stay in their 'home' with no unnecessary visits to hospital until they died in their surroundings and with the people who knew them both so well.
We would wholeheartedly recommend Red Roofs to anyone looking for a special place for their loved ones.

The time has come for me to place a review after mum passed away peacefully following nearly 3 years of her home being Red Roofs.
She and Dad took up residence just before their 70th wedding anniversary. This was duly celebrated, and they settled down quickly, right from the very beginning with care
and respect, and friendliness.
When Dad died we were so very pleased he was cared for in his 'home', with no unnecessary transfer to hospital, and then the same again with Mum. The words love, care, and respect, over and over again. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and l always used to think it was a pleasure to step into such a friendly atmosphere, always made welcome, always given time.
My only regret is that you didn't know Mum when she could hold a conversation, knit a baby garment for you, take an interest in your children, and laugh and smile with you.
Thank you all, from the bottom of my heart.
