Beautiful care home, staff are all wonderful level of care is excellent. My father seams very happy and well looked after. It's great, I can monitor my father's progress daily by using Nourish Care.

A fantastic care home with amazing staff. Everyone is caring, professional, and friendly, and they treat my mum with such warmth and respect. The home is clean, welcoming, and provides a safe and happy environment. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality care for a loved one.

The review I am giving is for my brother. I am his sister, live in Hastings, am here on holiday to visit him. I am really impressed with the care, staff, management and all staff included with his care. The overall running of the home is excellent. I can only hope that should I ever need care in the future, I will be lucky enough to be cared for by such good carers.

My 91 year old Mum was cared for here Following a stroke and a Fast Track Discharge from hospital. I cannot thank everyone enough for their care and kindness during her time here. The staff are amazing everyone is so friendly and helpful. The nursing and comfort care was also exceptional. The rooms are all spotlessly clean and well appointed. Sadly she passed away but this was dealt with great dignity

Couldn't wish for a better place for my grandad to be ,the staff are incredible and are constantly giving it there all .From the minute you step through the doors the managers are so welcoming and will happily stand and chat to you (give you any updates ,tell you how your relative has been etc ). Another thing that is so nice to see is how lovely the staff speak to the residents and nothing is ever to much. A staff member that always stands out to me is Tracey I have recognised how well she knows my grandad and can recognise his emotions and feelings straight away .It puts our family's mind at rest to see what a wonderful place our grandad lives in and how well he is looked after .Us as a family couldn't wish for better and can't thank red rose enough .

The staff are what makes Red Rose care community really special. They know the residents personally, their likes and dislikes and personalities and are friendly and cheerful no matter how difficult the job must be. The nurses and carers looked after my Dad wonderfully in the last year of his life and he so appreciated the time they took with him. The home manager is knowledgeable and approachable and always takes time to explain things clearly to families. The home is clean and the food is varied and appetising. Knowing my Dad was safe and well cared for has been such a comfort over the last year, and I wouldn't hesitate to make the same choice again.

Red Rose Care is outstanding. It is such a weight off my mind and that of my sister to know how happy and well cared for my father is. He is consistently smiling and happy and nothing is too much trouble for the Staff, 10/10 does not come close to what this care home deserves, it really does go the extra mile!

The Red Rose staff were very caring towards Mum and when she did not want to eat asked what kind of things she liked and tried to provide that. Mum was kept beautifully clean, with hair washed and clothing was always clean and well laundered and put away. Staff tried to encourage her to socialise and attend activities even when she was reluctant. Management and all staff were very supportive towards us and very friendly and welcoming during some difficult times. We are very thankful for their care of Mum during her last few difficult months.

My mum has been a resident at Red Rose for 3 years now. She has been well cared for and all her needs have been met. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Patient care is paramount. Menu and food choices are ample. Mum has dementia and has been made as comfortable as possible and safe guarding her condition has been adhered to at all times.

We were visiting a friend who has recently become resident here. I was very impressed with the friendly yet professional staff we came into contact with. We took our friend out for lunch and the process was very easy. We were offered tea and biscuits, and when we returned were able to spend more time with our friend. The other residents looked happy and settled and the communal areas were clean, tidy and looked well cared for.

My first visit. What an exceptional facility. Bright, airy and scrupulously clean. A fantastic variery of guided activities for the residents. The staff were fantastic; so helpful. All help and assistance was rendered with a smile by staff who seem happy in their work and truly engaged in seeking the best outcomes for residents and visitors alike. Our friend who has never been in care before is completely at home in his new environment and I fully expect his short stay to become permanent in the near future.

They care so very much the environment is lively and the staff who organise the activities are so thoughtful and the ideas are excellent. Dad loves taking part. The only concern I have is not enough staff per the amount of workload and that I would like to see addressed.

I have visited many care homes. This was the best by far. There was a wonderful warmth between staff and residents. The staff were so professional, respectful and caring. They deserve every accolade. The home was clean and extremely pleasant.

I have my dad and father-in-law in Red Court at the moment. Their standard of care is exemplary. All staff are so caring, nothing is too much trouble for them. I have jokingly said that I would like to reserve a room for myself in the future.

I was very happy with the care received by the staff, they were very patient and kind to my father and made my family's life much easier during his time at Red Rose. They are angels.

Myself and my sister visit Mom daily. Mom has resided at the nursing home about 5 months and from the very start, she has been made to feel settled and safe. The staff go over and beyond for her, Mum sees some of the staff as her friends and has really bonded with some. The staff work together with me and my sister to make sure Mum is safe, happy and helped with anything she needs. We get to feel that Mum is well looked after.

However, to be fair this issues was eventually addressed and hopefully will not be repeated in the future.
