Key Responsibilities:

·  Assess residents' interests, hobbies, preferences, and abilities to develop person-centred activity plans.

·  Encourage participation in group and one-to-one activities.

·  Organize events such as arts and crafts, games, exercise sessions, music activities, celebrations, and outings.

·  Support residents in maintaining hobbies and interests.

·  Build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, volunteers, and community groups.

·  Arrange visits from entertainers, schools, local organizations, and community groups.

·  Promote residents' physical and mental wellbeing through stimulating activities.

·  Maintain activity records and evaluate participation and outcomes.

·  Ensure all activities comply with health and safety, safeguarding, and infection control requirements.

·  Assist with decorating the home for seasonal events and celebrations.

·  Support fundraising and community engagement initiatives where appropriate.

·  Plan, organize, and facilitate daily, weekly, and seasonal activities for residents.
