About the Role
As Clinical Lead, you will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the highest standards of clinical care, governance, and compliance. You will provide leadership and support to the nursing and care teams, ensuring residents receive safe, effective, and person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the clinical team in delivering outstanding resident care.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and maintain clinical standards, audits, and quality assurance processes.
- Support care planning, medication management, and risk assessments.
- Mentor, develop, and supervise nursing and care staff.
- Assist with safeguarding, infection control, and clinical governance.
- Promote a positive culture focused on dignity, respect, and resident wellbeing.

Skills / Qualifications:
- Essential Requirements • Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN. • Previous experience in a senior nursing or clinical leadership role. • Strong knowledge of elderly care
