At Roseberry Care, we’re on a mission to provide outstanding, person-centred care—and we’re looking for a caring, compassionate and enthusiastic Care Assistant.

Location: 34 Commonside, Walkley, Sheffield S10 1GE
Salary: £12.71 Per Hour

Hours: 33 - 44 Hours Per Week/Day and Night shift available (includes every other weekend)

Your Role:

As a Care Assistant, you will support our residents in their day-to-day lives, including providing personal care, social activities, and meal times to promote independence and maximise their quality of life.

You’ll be responsible for:

· Assist with washing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and continence care

· Help with mobility and transfers

· Offer companionship and a friendly presence

· Support mental and emotional well-being

· Observe and report changes in a client’s physical or emotional condition

What We’re Looking For:

· Ideally have an NVQ2 in Adult Health and Social Care

· Must be permitted to work 33 Hours per week.

· A minimum of 2 years’ experience in care, although this is not essential

· Excellent communication, listening and empathy skills

· A genuine passion for elderly care and team development

· Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
