Job summary
As Clinical Team Leader in Engineering, you will bridge clinical
expertise and technical execution to ensure our AI products solve
real-world healthcare problems and meet safety and regulatory standards.
You'll guide a small cross-functional team to translate clinical
requirements into engineering specifications, design and run clinical
validation studies, prioritize feature roadmaps, and collaborate closely
with product, data science, and regulatory partners. The role suits a
mid-level professional with hands-on clinical experience and familiarity
with healthcare technology or clinical research, strong
project-management skills, and the ability to communicate clinical needs
to engineers and stakeholders. You'll thrive if you're pragmatic,
