We’re looking for a dedicated experienced Health and Wellbeing Specialist to join our team at Belvedere House, our nursing home set in the peaceful village of Woodmansterne, just outside Banstead. In this rewarding role, you’ll support the physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing of our residents—making a real difference every day.

What you’ll do:

• Provide tailored health and wellbeing support to residents
• Work closely with the nursing and care teams to implement person-centred care plans
• Encourage and deliver activities that promote wellbeing and independence
• Support residents with personal care, ensuring dignity and respect at all times
• Be part of a collaborative team, working alternate weekends

What we’re looking for:

• Whilst an NVQ is not a requirement, experience of working in a similar role is essential
• An enthusiastic, can-do attitude, engaging with our residents to deliver an exceptional programme of activities
• A friendly, bubbly and engaging personality
• A caring, patient, and reliable approach with a genuine passion for helping others
• Ability to work unsupervised and under pressure
• Willingness to support with personal care as needed
