The Opportunity

We’re seeking a passionate and driven Registered Care Manager with proven experience in learning disabilities services to lead one or more of our residential services.

You’ll play a pivotal leadership role, driving:

What We’re Looking For

We want to hear from experienced managers who have:

• A proven track record as a Registered Manager within learning disability services
• Experience achieving or maintaining CQC Good or Outstanding ratings
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• A passion for person-centred care
• Confidence managing complex needs and behaviours that challenge
• The ability to inspire teams and drive standards forward
