Job summary
As a mid-level Care Assistant in the Support department, you will
provide hands-on personal care and practical assistance to patients,
supporting daily living activities and promoting independence while
following individualized care plans. You'll monitor and report changes
in health and wellbeing, maintain accurate records, assist with mobility
and basic medication administration as required, and liaise with nurses,
families, and other professionals to ensure coordinated, safe care. This
role requires balancing routine care with occasional complex needs and a
strong attention to risk management and infection control. The ideal
candidate is compassionate, reliable, and experienced in direct care,
comfortable working both independently and as part of a
multidisciplinary team, and committed to continuous learning and
dignified patient support.
