Manor House is looking for a caring and compassionate Day Care Assistant to join our team.
Role Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality care and support to elderly residents
- Assisting with daily activities and promoting independence
- Supporting residents living with dementia
- Building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
- Ensuring residents are treated with dignity, respect, and kindness
Requirements:
- Previous experience in elderly care is desired
- Experience supporting individuals with dementia is an advantage
- A caring, reliable, and patient nature
- Good communication and teamwork skills
