Cornerstone Healthcare is looking for a passionate Healthcare Assistant (Nights)  to join our award-winning team at Marula Lodge . We care to 42 residents  across four units , supporting those with varying complex care. Our person-centred approach focuses on each individual’s unique challenges, not just their diagnosis. What You’ll Bring

• 6 months experience in a Care / Nursing home (preferred)
• A caring, calm and compassionate nature
• Emotional resilience and a steady head in challenging situations
• A genuine interest in helping others live full, dignified lives
• Great communication skills (both written & verbal)
• A positive team-focused attitude

 
Your Working Pattern
We have Night  positions available:

• Night shift: 19:45 – 07:45
• Average: 38.5 hours per week

 
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Healthcare Assistant at Marula Lodge , you will:

• Support all aspects of daily living including personal care, mealtimes, and social activities
• Promote independence, choice, and dignity in every interaction
• Observe and report on changes in residents’ health and well-being
• Collaborate with your team to ensure exceptional, person-centred care
• Communicate openly and respectfully with colleagues, residents, and their loved ones
