Nightingales Retirement Care Limited is looking for a Quality and Compliance Manager to support the Operations Director and the Home Managers to deliver safe and effective care and support across 2 boutique care homes and a home care service based in Bromley and Reigate.
The role requires onsite working visiting all our services at least once a week to build relationships and support the home managers.
This is an ideal role for an experienced home manager looking to step into a regional quality role.
Skills / Qualifications:
- Level 5 Leadership and Management in Adult Social Care
- Full UK Driving Licence
