Job summary
We are looking for a caring, experienced, and motivated Senior Care Assistant to join our dedicated team at Coton House. Coton House is a welcoming 24-bed residential care home in Wolverhampton (WV4), providing specialist care and support for older adults and people living with dementia. We pride ourselves on creating a warm, homely environment where residents are treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.

Position Details:

Schedule: Rota basis, including weekends and bank holidays.

Rate of pay: Up to £13.62 per hour

Shift times: 08:00-20:00

Location: Wolverhampton, WV4

Required: Completed or working towards completion of NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
Responsibilities

Supervise and support the care team, providing guidance and leadership to ensure high-quality care

Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans and involvement, where appropriate, in care reviews.

Ensure the safe storage, documentation and administration of medication is carried out in accordance with guidelines and training.

Assist residents with daily activities such as personal hygiene, mobility, medication management, and nutrition

Monitor residents’ health and wellbeing, reporting any concerns
-
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the care environment

Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
