What You'll Do
- Support residents with their daily living activities while promoting dignity and independence.
- Provide personal care with kindness and respect.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Assist with meals, activities, and ensuring residents are comfortable and happy.
- Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans.
