hour (NVQ & Weekend Enhancements Available) Contracted Hours: 0
Hours Shift Pattern: 8:00pm - 8:00am ABOUT THE ROLE Are you an
experienced carer with a desire to progress your career to the next

compassion, will be at the core of everything you do. Leading a small
team of carers, you’ll be responsible for keeping wakeful watch on the
security and safety of our residents and the home in general. You’ll
ensure that care plans are regularly reviewed, understanding the
importance of maintaining accurate records, and will be able to manage
the time of both yourself and your team effectively to support the
wellbeing of our residents. You’ll understand that some shifts might be
challenging, but you’ll also laugh, have fun and make lasting memories

live and work in our homes. The Lakes is a 64 bed Care Home situated in
South Cerney, Cirencester. The home offers Day, Respite, Residential and

Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care, or you’ve achieved NVQ
Level 2, and you’re prepared to study for NVQ Level 3. You’ll also be
experienced in leading a team to deliver care, be keen to progress to a

relevant training to support your career development in a nurturing,
