We’re now looking for a Clinical Deputy Manager to support our Home Manager in leading the team and ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
 
About the Role
 
As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will:
     * Assist in the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
     * Lead, supervise, and support the care team to deliver outstanding care.
     * Participate in assessments and care reviews, acting as a key contact for residents, families, and staff.
     * Foster strong relationships with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
     * Promote a positive, resident-focused culture in line with our “Good” CQC rating.
 
What We’re Looking For
     * A qualified nurse with an active NMC PIN.
     * Has previous experience in a similar leadership role within a care setting.
     * Ideally holds or is working towards a Level 5 Leadership and Management for Adult Care qualification.
     * Demonstrates excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
     * Has a natural ability to put others at ease and foster a supportive team culture.
