Job summary

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our friendly team in a well-established nursing home. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care, ensuring our residents feel safe, respected, and valued every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
  • Support residents with mobility and daily activities
  • Assist with meals and ensure nutritional needs are met
  • Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Observe and report any changes in residents’ condition
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment

  • Previous care experience is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
