Job summary
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our friendly team in a well-established nursing home. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care, ensuring our residents feel safe, respected, and valued every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
- Support residents with mobility and daily activities
- Assist with meals and ensure nutritional needs are met
- Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
- Observe and report any changes in residents’ condition
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment

- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
