We are currently looking for an Activities Co-ordinator with a natural caring nature to join our team.

We ensure that residents can still enjoy the freedom and lifestyle of their choice, whilst receiving care that is appropriate to their needs built on dignity and respect and you will play a key part in this:
What will you be doing: -
Supervising the activities provision provided in the home, leading the activities team, being responsible for ensuring that all residents are equally involved in different activities.
Building relationships and supporting our residents helping to maintain their dignity and individuality through activities and group activities and one to one at time.
Planning and implementing person centred creative activities appropriate to resident’s needs and requests.
Being in charge of fundraising for the resident’s fund.
What you will bring:
Good communication skills to effectively interact with residents and fellow colleagues.
Reliability and flexibility to support the nature of the business.
Qualifications and Experience
Previous experience as an Activities Coordinator is not essential but would be welcomed.
Applicants must have a minimum of an NVQ/RQF Qualification or equivalent level 2 in health & social care to apply for this position.
