  • Shifts: 10am-6pm, occasionally 12pm-8pm to accommodate activities

We are looking for a passionate Activity & Well-being Coordinator to join our dedicated team and help create a lively, stimulating atmosphere where residents can thrive.

Your Role

As an Activity & Well-being Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting both the emotional and physical wellbeing of our residents by:

  • Planning and delivering engaging activities such as music sessions, gentle exercise, arts & crafts, and gardening
  • Organising events and celebrations, including themed days, birthdays, and seasonal parties
  • Getting to know residents individually, tailoring activities to reflect their hobbies, interests, and life experiences
  • Promoting wellbeing, including sensory activities for residents living with dementia
  • Coordinating outings and experiences to provide variety, stimulation, and enjoyment

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Creative, enthusiastic, and well organised
  • Caring and compassionate, with a genuine interest in improving residents’ wellbeing
  • A confident communicator who can build positive relationships
  • Flexible and willing to support events and occasional outings

Previous experience in a care, activities, or wellbeing-focused role is desirable, but not essential.
