Job summary

Activity Coordinator (Polish & English Speaking)

Location: Residential & Nursing Home

We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and creative Activity Coordinator to join our Residential & Nursing Home, supporting residents living with Dementia, Alzheimer's disease, and other complex care needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering a varied programme of meaningful activities that promote wellbeing, independence, social interaction, and enjoyment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organise, and deliver engaging group and one-to-one activities tailored to individual needs and abilities.
  • Support residents with dementia by providing meaningful, person-centred activities.
  • Organise seasonal events, celebrations, entertainment, outings, and community engagement.
  • Encourage residents to remain active, socially connected, and involved in daily life.
  • Work closely with the care and nursing teams, residents, and families to ensure activities meet individual preferences.
  • Maintain accurate activity records in line with care home standards.

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Requirements Fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written). Previous experience in activities
  • health and social care
  • or working with older adults is desirable. Experience supporting people living with Dementia and Alzheimer's disease is an advantage. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A warm
