Job summary

Come and join our friendly team and work for a family owned nursing home, recently rated "GOOD" by CQC. We are looking for experienced RGNs to join our team. We have opportunities for both day and night shifts. 

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques
- Document patient information and maintain accurate medical records
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Proficient in using electronic medical record systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
