Job summary

Mere Hall care home is situated in the beautiful, traditional seaside town of Hornsea. Offering residential and dementia care on a permanent and respite basis.

There is a range of luxury facilities including in-house bars, beauty and hairdressing salon, a bowls green and outdoor terraced balconies overlooking the surrounding area.

36 hours per week across 4 days - 7am to 4.30pm to include alternate weekends.

The Role

• Leading the team in their role and required duties
• Maintain a high standard of cleaning and hygiene within the home
• Supervision of your team and actively encourage their development
• Understand residents needs and ensure these are being met
• Ensure the laundry of residents clothing is to the highest standard
• Attend resident/relative meetings
• Rota and Budget Management
