Maintenance Operative

Job summary

The Maintenance Operative is responsible for ensuring that the home is safe, well maintained, welcoming and compliant with relevant health and safety standards. The postholder will carry out general repairs, planned maintenance, safety checks and improvement works across, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the home.

The role requires a practical, reliable and proactive person who can work independently, prioritise tasks and respond promptly to maintenance issues.
