Job summary

Lakeside Nursing Home is looking to recruit a caring, compassionate, and reliable Full-Time Care Assistant to join our dedicated team.

Position Details:

• Hours: 37.5 hours per week

• Working Pattern: 5 days per week, including weekends on a rota basis

• Contract: Full-time

About the Role:
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with their daily living activities while promoting dignity, independence, and person-centred care. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained at all times.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Is caring, kind, and compassionate

• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Works well as part of a team

• Is reliable, flexible, and committed to delivering high-quality care

• Is able to work weekends as part of a rota

• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
