Job summary
Alexia Court Care Home is looking to recruit an experienced, compassionate and motivated Senior Care Assistant to join our dedicated team. This is a rewarding role for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding person-centered care whilst leading and supporting a team of care staff.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered throughout each shift, maintaining compliance with CQC standards, supporting residents with their individual needs, and acting as a role model for the wider care team.
Medication training and previous experience in medication management are essential.
