Job summary
Belvedere Manor Care Home is a modern, purpose-built home located in
the heart of Colne, offering high-quality care for up to 84 residents.
Specialising in Residential and Residential Dementia care, the home
provides a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment tailored to
meet each individual’s needs.
Situated on Gibfield Road,
Belvedere Manor enjoys a peaceful location while remaining close to
local amenities—offering residents the perfect balance of comfort and convenience.
The home features spacious, well-appointed en-suite bedrooms,
alongside welcoming lounge and dining areas designed to promote social
interaction, relaxation, and a true sense of community. Our dedicated
team of permanent staff are carefully selected for their compassion,
professionalism, and commitment to delivering exceptional,
person-centred care.

We are seeking to appoint a kind, caring and organised
Hospitality Assistant to join our team. To ensure that residents and
visitors to the Home receive an efficient food service, maintaining a
clean working environment within the dining room and server at all
times. We have a full time contract available with an hourly rate of
£13.00 Shift times are 0800-1900, with alternate weekend working.
Role Responsibilities:
Ensure there is a provision of high standard of hospitality
service.
Support andassistvisitors.
Inform the Chef of any
individual requirements of residents.
Following cleaning
schedules and procedures, as per company HACCP.
To ensure that
all training given is adhered to.
Ensure records and reports
areproperly writtenup.
Take responsible for promoting
safeguarding the welfare of adults that the post holderis responsible
fororcomes into contact with.
Skills and experience required:
Hospitality or catering experience is desirable.
Previousexperience working in a care setting is desirable.
Ability to effectively communicate with other members of the
team.
Prepared toparticipatein the activities organised in the Home.
