What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting residents with personal care and daily living needs
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting residents with meals, hydration, and activities
- Promoting dignity, independence, and choice at all times
- Working closely with the wider care team to deliver high quality care
- Maintaining accurate care records and reporting any concerns
What We’re Looking For
- A caring and positive attitude
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential full training will be provided
- A genuine passion for helping others
Skills / Qualifications:
- At least six months of care experience Experience in complex care settings is preferred
- but full training is provided. Excellent communication skills – because great care starts with great communication.
