Care Assistant Night Shift. Birkdale Tower Care Home
- £14.15 per hour
- 3 shifts per week or 4 shifts per week available
- 33 hours or 44 hours
- 8pm-8am - including some weekend working on a rota basis

We are currently recruiting compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team and help deliver outstanding care during night time hours.
As a Care Assistant on Night Shifts, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting residents with personal care routines and maintaining their comfort overnight
- Offering reassurance and companionship whenever needed
- Assisting with movement and repositioning to promote safety and wellbeing
- Observing and monitoring residents, reporting any concerns promptly
- Keeping clear and accurate care records, including handovers to the day team
- Working as part of a team to maintain a calm and restful atmosphere
What are we looking for?
- Experience in a care setting is helpful but not essential
- A kind, patient, and professional approach
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others
- Happy to work Night Shifts including weekend working on a rota basis
