Activities Co-ordinator

The success of the activities coordinator will be dependant on how well they know their residents as well as being dependant on these three points: ? Connecting with residents, relatives and friends within the life of the care home and the outside world. ? Understanding residents lives – past and present. ? Encouraging conversation, physical activity and daily activities.

Main Duties: Ensure that your actions support the care, protection and well being of all individuals, by treating them with respect and dignity, assisting with their protection and promoting their independence.  Adhere to current legislation and codes regarding working practices and working within Grasmere's Policies and Procedures.
