Role Overview
- Job Title: Night Senior Care Assistant
- Hours: Full-time (36–42 hours per week, on a rolling rota)
- Shifts: 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM (includes alternating weekends)
- Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Key Responsibilities
- Shift Leadership: Supervise the night care team, assign duties, and manage the floor.
- Medication Management: Safely administer, record, and order medications according to policy.
- Care Delivery: Assist residents with personal care, mobility, and bedtime routines.
